Can a child prepare for the CogAT?

Yes, in a light and friendly way. The CogAT measures reasoning, so we build thinking skills and make the question styles familiar. We do not cram, and we do not promise a score.

What score does my district need?

Each district sets its own cut-off for gifted programs. Ask your school which scores they use.

When should we start preparing?

A couple of months before the test window is a good start, with a little practice each week.

Will this make my child anxious?

We keep it low pressure, with short sessions and puzzles that feel like games.

How will I know if my child is improving?

Regular quiz results and parent reports show progress skill by skill.
